The question is: will Moore73 be able to defend his title after pumping this race up on this forum shamelessly for a full year?

If only that were true. Who says I am even coming out of retirement.
I have decided to take the easy way out and not run at all anymore.
I have decided it is just too much effort.

If it is true about Frewsburg, way to go LUVAMAN!!!!!

Now we just need to find out if Bob came out of the woods alive?
He said he was doing the 22K so we should know sometime tomorrow!!!

I am really looking forward to my next race. The race to bedtime.

It has been nice racing with all of you.

Tony, I hear I will be relaying with you at the Marathon along with LUVAMAN and little Wheelie Man. I will try not to embarras the team.

OGR

"People do it everyday, they talk to themselves... they see themselves as they'd like to be, they don't have the courage I have, to just run with it."

See you around at the races.

Thanks OGR & Tech!

Are you really hanging up the shoes OGR? Are you hanging up the skates as well? Say it ain't so...

I think we'll be seeing a story on the news about Bob's whereabouts somewhere in ASP. A search party may be forming... but I don't think anyone should bother, I bet a family of bears already gave him a mauling.

Despite the insult, congrats Luva on your two-peat. As far as the 22K, I learned a lesson that I should have already known after 23 years of running. You really should eat dinner the night before and maybe even eat breakfast the morning of before attempting a 22K challenging trail run. Before the results are out and you are on the floor laughing, yes, I did finish fourth last. My blood sugar apparently bottoms out after 24 hours with no food and six miles into a trail race. It was a nice seven mile walk through the woods yesterday...
