Full day of NCAA Cross Country Regionals today. In each region, the top 2 teams automatically qualify for NCAAs, which are next Saturday at the University of Virginia.
The witching hour is here. Tomorrow, VVS High School hosts the NYSPHSAA Championships. East Aurora is the favorite in both boys and girls Class C.
In Division III the Niagara Region championships are tomorrow at Houghton College. Geneseo is the favorite on both sides.
Next weekend---NCAA championships at all divisions---plus NY State Federation Championships.
Then---the Turkey Trot arrives.
