The Checkers AC/Runners Roost All Western NY XC meet will be held November 16th at 11:00. This race will include any xc runners that were picked for Runner of the week honors this season. This year we are featuring a new course, new shirts, awards, and pizza.

In case there is any confusion..ALL runners that got runner of the week status are invited to this race. I believe a partial list may have been distributed. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there on the 16th. Good luck at sectionals!
Not only will this race feature a NEW course, NEW shirts, and pizza but now the winner of each race will receive a gift certificate for new running shoes at Runner's Roost!
