The Checkers AC/Runners Roost All Western NY XC meet will be held November 16th at 11:00. This race will include any xc runners that were picked for Runner of the week honors this season. This year we are featuring a new course, new shirts, awards, and pizza.

Not only will this race feature a NEW course, NEW shirts, and pizza but now the winner of each race will receive a gift certificate for new running shoes at Runner's Roost! 
Good luck to all runners at the NY State championships this weekend!

In case there is any confusion..ALL runners that got runner of the week status are invited to this race. I believe a partial list may have been distributed. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there on the 16th. Good luck at sectionals! |
