| Middle and High school runners are invited to attend the 7th annual All-WNY Cross-Country Camp. This is a unique training camp that travels to different locations each of the 5 days. Also, it meets every other day for the purpose of recovery from training and promotes injury free training. Last year we had 86 runners from 14 different schools. The camp has trained some of the best runners in the area, but newer runners attend and there is a senior(high school), and junior(middle school) divisions.
