I am a bit of a late adopter to technology and only recently got a smart phone, so bear with me.
I found a great podcast called Mojo for Running, narrated by Debbie Voiles. She provides 8 to 15 minute segments on training, shoes, injury prevention, exercise tips for "advanced" runners (she also has another podcast for less experienced runners). I listened to four or 5 in a row during my run today and I think I'll use some of her tips and advice.
