Just wondering if there is any place in this area that does a running assessment to see what shoe works out best. I've been running in adidas for 16 years w/ a new balance break about 6 years ago. I've been having knee pain since Feb. I'm thinking I need my shoes checked out. Any ideas? (I already wear orthotics, have been to a PT, who said no running, and plan on seeing an Ortho MD soon)... so just some shoe thoughts would be helpful..... thanks
Runners Roost in OP or Fleet Feet is your best bet.
