I have been diagnosed with a fracture of my first cuneiform.
It is an extremely rare fx,accounting for less than 2% of tarsal fx.
I am in a boot for upwards of six weeks.
Does any one have any experience with this and what was your recovery like?
I am fortunate that I can swim, but it is not the same. (I am nearing 400 miles of swimming this year!)
