While everyone else is bickering about Elma and the # of coaches, I want to remind the HS runners that the Checkers AC/Runner's Roost All WNY Invitational is this Sunday at Chestnut Ridge. Registration opens at 10 and first race is at 11:00. Anyone named as a runner of the week this season is welcome. There will be pizza and awards after the last race. Race winners get a new pair of shoes at Runner's Roost. See below for info.
