Does anyone know who is responsible for determining who the H.S. XC Runners of the Week and team rankings are chosen?

I guess you would have to contact whoever the ECIC or Section chairperson is to find out.

If that were the case, the names of the committee members would be listed in the paper as it has been listed for every other sport.
