One of the main objective for you to participate in the class would be to address this issue of becoming injuried. There is a reason why these injuries continue to pop up. We can help you find why and develop and plan to overcome it, making you a more effective and durable runner.

However, if you develop an injury, our policy is to make any neccessary adjustments to help you overcome the injury (rehab and strengthen). We are also able to offer you and medical freeze and even a cancellation in the injury in severe. It is also important to know that our facility is equip with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with degree's in Exercise Science. We also staff Physical Therapist, Atheletic Trainers, Massage Therapist and Chiropractors is you should need additional services.

I've had some trouble with injuries in the past few years. If i become injured and I'm unable to continue the class, what is the refund policy?
