 This is the start of the Jack Donohue Memorial 5K (Jack's 5K) in South Buffalo. 250 runners move out onto the fast USATF certified course. The route starts and ends in Cazenovia Park and includes a lap on the Jack Donohue track at the half way point. |

| DAN GRANDE
The overall winner was Dan Grande in 16:14. Dan is starting to make winning a habit. Earlier in the year he had already won the Kyle Reid 5K, the Eden 5K and here he wins the Jack's 5K. (2 week's after Jack's 5K, he would win the Highland Hose 5K too!) | ||

| KATIE WIRTH The womens overall winner is Katie Wirth. Katie covered the 5k in 18:35 - more than a minute ahead of runner-up Elizabeth Schultz (19:54). |
