| Hello all, getting back into serious running after a 10 year absence and now that I am north of 40, I am looking for any and everything I can get my hands on to help me fend off the effects of aging. Read in Runners World about a study where people who drank this supplement called "Game Time" showed some improvements. Assuming the study is valid (I accessed the original study and though I have no other studies to compare it to one thing that jumped out was that the study only lasted 3 weeks), it appears that this stuff may have some benefits. I have gone ahead and bought some and started using it yesterday, and I was wondering if anyone else has heard of it or tried it? Or has some other supplement that they have found works for them? Any input would be most appreciated.
Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself.
