So as you all may recall, yesterday was a rather chilly day despite being quite sunny. Having not trained all winter i decided to run an easy five in preparation for the shamrock run. During my run i experienced some serious numbness which was replaced with some rather excruiating pain when I got home. Although things seem to be ok, I was wondering if there is any serious threat (during future runs) such as frostbite, gang green etc due to cold weather and shorts. I would have expected the run would keep things circulated and warm but that was not the case although I am a bit bigger than most so that may be why.
